Leona started her classes at various locations throughout Anglesey over 2 years ago. Her training has been intensive at various locations throughout the country.
Leona has achieved qualifications in, physiology and anatomy, gym instruction, personal training, nutrition and Pilates up to advanced level. In order to provide the best possible Pilates tuition and give clients up to date techniques in several fitness techniques Leona is currently taking further studies.

Having taken a keen interest in fitness from a young age, Leona began to learn about Pilates after suffering from severe back pain. The Pilates technique is a way of keeping supple and strong without putting pressure on the back and knees.
Pilates has helped Leona through her last pregnancy and afterwards in getting back into shape. It is a known fact that extra strain is put on the back during pregnancy. Pilates provides the extra strength and tone required throughout the body to enable it to cope with the physiological changes during and post pregnancy.
