Take to Chester's waterways for a boat trip to remember, whilst enjoying a superb meal on the 40 seat L'eau T Cuisine Broadbeam Restaurant Cruiser. The cruiser is moored alongside and operated by The Mill Hotel & Spa Destination in the centre of Chester.
The Hotel is world-famous and has received several prestigious awards for its fine dining Restaurants, including the award for excellence of Cuisine and Service by the ‘Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs’ and the sought after ‘Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne’.
Food served on each cruise is prepared in the Hotel's award winning kitchens. The Starter Course is served; you cruise away and then return for the Main Course. Prices include a 4-course meal (food only unless otherwise stated).
The Mill Hotel Restaurant Cruiser operates 7 days a week (lunch & evening) and the leisure cruise reach parts of Chester that remains hidden from other, more conventional transport. Drift past ancient city walls as you enjoy classic fine cuisine in carefree comfort, whilst negotiating Chester’s famous Locks.

A unique, exclusive and glittering cruising occasion which is ideal for corporate entertaining or that special event.
A Crown Cruise, aboard The Mill Hotel Restaurant Cruiser, begins with a Champagne Reception serving Cattier ‘Brut Saphir’, presented in Blue glass bottles with pewter labels. A selection of wines is served to compliment each course of the ‘Chaine des Rotisseurs’ style 6 course cruise meal.
The starter course is accompanied by Cattier ‘Antique Gold’ Champagne, this time specially presented in Gold Bottles and the evening is completed with ‘Mill’ Liqueur Flamed Coffees. This specially prepared coffee is laced with Brandy and Kahlua, flamed and poured through cream.
The exquisite model of the Crown of Queen Mary purchased by the Mill Hotel, Chester, will be on show throughout each cruising experience.
