A 5/5 review for a 5-star service from Laura and the wider team at Lexus Bolton!

Having had my eye on a Lexus RC F Track Edition which had been on their forecourt for some time, at the start of April I decided to finally enquire about potentially purchasing the vehicle via a combination of part exchanging my two existing cars and paying the outstanding balance via bank transfer.

Upon my initial inquiry I was introduced to Laura. From the outset Laura took the time to understand what I was looking to buy and how I wanted to make my purchase. At no point was I put under pressure to consider alternative purchasing options such as Hire Purchase (HP) or Personal Contract Purchase (PCP).

Now, given at I was based in Kent (a good ~300 miles away from the dealership), this immediately introduced a challenge in terms of part exchanging my existing vehicles. To this end, Laura in consultation with her management came up with a plan for a third-party car transportation company to collect one of my cars directly from my home, whereas I would drive the other car up in person before driving back home with my new car. This was arranged smoothly and efficiently, and all went to plan.

However, like with many events in life, not everything goes to plan and this was true in the case of my purchase. In short, the car which I planned to drive up to Lexus Bolton to also part exchange had a significant crack in its windscreen which was meant to have been fixed in the weeks before my car purchase. However, at short notice the windscreen repair company failed to repair my windscreen as expected, potentially preventing me from proceeding with my purchase.

I immediately raised this with Laura who once against assured me we could find a way forward, and we were soon back on the right track. Through discussing the situation with the management at the dealership, it was agreed that if I rescheduled my windscreen repair appointment to a venue as close as possible to Lexus Bolton, her colleagues would take my part exchanged car to the appointment on my behalf. I was left positively speechless when Laura advised me of this route to resolve the issue, and only a few days later I was on my way to Lexus Bolton.

On the day of completing my purchase, I was greeted by friendly reception staff who made me welcome; offered me tea/coffee; and guided me to the seating area where I would complete my purchase. Shortly after I had settled down I got to meet Laura who was, much like how she was on the phone/email, friendly and more than willing to answer any questions I had. As I took a look around the car I was due to purchase (which had been brought into a private section of the showroom which was much appreciated!), I was not put under any pressure from Laura or any of her colleagues to rush my inspection. Shortly after, we completed the paperwork required, and whilst Laura needed to finalise some of the admin, I had the pleasure of meeting her manager (whose name I have forgotten, I do apologise!) who wanted to make sure I was being looked after.

Once the final admin had been completed, Laura offered to have one of her colleagues reverse the car out of the showroom and into the forecourt. I gladly accepted this offer, and once the car was out on the forecourt I was given an in-depth explanation by said colleague on how to connect both my phone’s Bluetooth and my MP3 player to the car. Again, their colleague was more than happy to take me through different aspects of the car’s infotainment system as desired.

Following this, it was time for me to head home with my new car. However, not without a huge thank you to Laura and her colleagues who made the entire process from enquiring about the car through to driving away with it back to Kent absolutely painless throughout. Add to this the follow-up courtesy calls from Laura which followed in the couple of weeks after my purchase, and it truly has been the perfect car purchase!

Attended LBX launch day at Lexus Bolton, took the car on a test drive with Alex Fairclough who had sold my husband a Lexus NX the previous month. The handling and drive of the LBX was superb, I love the head up display the seats are more than comfortable. The visibility is really impressive for the size of the car and there are no blind spots. I love the car.
Alex Fairclough as been excellent throughout , Alex as kept us up to date as to where the car was and when it arrived in the country and then to the dealership. The handover from Alex on the 9th May 2024 was seamless, and he reassured me if there is anything I am not clear on regarding operating the vehicle to go back to the dealership for advice. The whole team at Lexus Bolton are very friendly and welcoming and the lovely ladies on , are more than welcoming and supply wonderful coffee and biscuits.

It was a pleasure dealing with Brooke who made the purchase seem so effortless from the first phone call till the car being delivered.

Like to thank Alex for his professional way of dealing with my experience of buying a lexus hybrid from Lexus Bolton, First meeting with him he was telling me what is best for me no hidden jaga he was upfront and honest and that's what I like from a salesman,even when we collected our car he was finishing early that day, we were late but he still had the time to go through everything with us even downloading the lexus app which for ME would of taken ages.

Purchased a 450RXL about a month ago from the Bolton lexus dealer, i actually now live in Northumberland, yesterday a came out first thing to start my car and it wouldnt start, my easiest option phone the salesman who sold me my car, i had his mobile so i calleded Aidas, 7.00am, he answered, very helpful sent me the lexus assist number, about 8.30 the AA turn up start the car, the 12v battery needs replacing.we had planned a couple of days away back in Lancashire with family and needed to leave at 12 noon. I phoned Lexus Bolton and explained this to Darren He arranged form my car to be looked at 8.30am in the morning and ordered a new battery. Its now 8.15am im here, Shannon is dealing with the queue of early customers, very politely takes my details organises coffee and takes my keys. I did have another make of 4x4 Suv., this is one of the reasons i drive a Lexus, they very rarely go wrong but when they do ,this is my 2nd RX, customer service and the 10yr/100,000 miles warranty, no questions asked. Credit where its due a great team, the best bit, this is real it is normal. Brilliant.

Lexus has an outstanding reputation for good customer service but I still wasn’t expecting such a warm and friendly experience that I recently had at Bolton. Damian handled the sale for me but even when others answered the phone they all responded with obvious pride in working for Lexus and all offering to help not just passing on messages. They were all just so friendly and supportive of each other. Genuinely nice people and it was actually a pleasure meeting them all.
With this sort of team in place Damian and the others in Sales will be selling a lot of cars. Best Dealership I’ve ever dealt with in 40+ years.
