Located in a restored Georgian building at 15 New Road (the heart of the famous North Laine shopping district and the regency area of Brighton), Carlos and Jamie acquired their shop building in 2021, opened it to the public in 2022 and have proudly restored it to the trade it once hosted two centuries ago (in the early 1800s a wine merchant’s shop stood there!!).

Inside the store, they showcase and store fine wine and spirits in grand style, with bespoke oak shelving and temperature-controlled rooms to protect the fine wines. This allows customers to experience wine in a unique environment, beyond the cellar, which is very different to a typical wine merchant.
