1 night stop off, can’t fault it really for the price and locarion. Good tip is the pub just across the road does a chea Complimentary weekend parking, lobby and Starbucks all good points. Beds very comfy and bathroom a nice big size. Good location, easy to find just off the motorway. Room was dirty with marks up the walls and on furnishings and hairs on the bed.

Overcharged for breakfast and parking yet when I contact the hotel for a refund, they don’t want to know and ignore you. Property itself looked nice on first appearance Room full of dust. No one around on reception to ask for the room changed or for me to swap rooms.

Disappointed with no hot water for 2 days that I stayed. I did get 1 drinks token for the troubles but that really didn’t go far enough for the lack of hot water especially when working away.. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great experience, comfy room and good location. It was a great location near the motorway. Much bigger than other Village hotels I’ve been at. The room was actually quite spacious, and I had a query when I checked out the room and the lady at the front desk was very helpful, didn’t catch her name. All in all, for the night it was nice. Probably need new carpets because they look a bit outdated and are stained. Wish the tvs had Netflix or were smart tvs as well.

Fantastic night The facilities was excellent and great value for money. Very clean the swimming was amazing tit my little girl. We had a con-binding room with a door between. Which is great if u was sharing with family. But we wasn’t and it was very loud could hear everything which kept my child awake.

Generally, it is quite a good hotel, conveniently located for those travelling via M62.
Staff is very helpful and friendly, there is also a nice restaurant and large car park.
I removed one star from the overall score as the room was very cold when I arrived, and it took a while to warm it up. The receptionist was really helpful and even offered me another room, but luckily, the things have been sorted out.
I would consider this hotel again if I were in the area.

Always a good stay with fantastic, helpful staff Staff are always helpful and friendly. The rooms are always clean and spacious. Free internet is always a bonus as I do like to travel with my Amazon Fire Stick We had no glasses//beakers in the bathroom this time and the main lamp didn't work, which meant we had quite a dark room to get ready to go out. However, this had been resolved when we got back, thanks to the shape efficient and helpful staff.

Good value hotel. Automated check in - so simple. Very friendly staff. Room was well appointed - two double beds! Breakfast was lovely. Very good value for money. £5 for parking. Given the location, everyone will be driving there, so why not include it in the room rate? The ceiling of the shower had black mould.

I would stay again but bring my own pillow Very clean and easy to find. Had to pay for parking. And the pillows were very hard felt like we were sleeping on bricks. Had a headache the day after.
