We were so happy that Andy and the team at Chapter 79 could make my bespoke wedding and engagement set. They were amazing at every step of the process and really listened to what we wanted and I am just over the moon with the set they made, it is so special to have a completely unique piece! I also bought my husbands wedding band here and he walked in and just loved the ring he chose and it got personalised and delivered within a few weeks. Their service is amazing, so professional and we can't wait to get more bespoke pieces in the future! Thank you so much!

I lost the pearl on my ring and asked Chapter79 to replace it. Jackie gave me the option of three different pearls at three different prices and was happy to spend time with me as I chose the one I liked best. This is a good indication of the great customer service you get with Jackie and Andy - you're always greeted with a friendly smile and nothing is too much trouble. It's a brilliant gem of a shop. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Jackie & team are so great! I had a very sentimental necklace made from my mother’s and grandmother’s engagement rings. I went back and forth several times on designs and took a while to make a decision…and there was never any rush or pressure. I could not be more happy with the end result…I hardly ever take it off. Besides bespoke design they do cleanings and watch repair. No matter what the ask or value, you always get the same standout experience. We’re lucky to have them in the area.

I loved working with Jackie and the team on my bespoke wedding ring, I spoke to Jackie about what I liked and I really wanted some colour in the design. It was brilliant to get 3D visuals of how the ring would look, I made a couple of tweaks and nothing was too much trouble.
The finished ring is perfect!

Absolutely outstanding service and craftsmanship for my bespoke request. I wanted a replicate broach that belonged to my recently deceased mother for each of her granddaughters. The team explained the options to me, were understanding when I changed things and the final products were just what I had hoped for. Couldn’t have been a better experience for me.

Andy and Jackie were brilliant with redesigning my mums engagement ring. Communication was great and from initial design to delivery they adapted and listened to what I wanted. I was given a watch as an engagement gift many years ago, and I'm very fond of it. The clasp no longer held together and the manufacturer was not interested in repairing or replacing it. I took it into Chapter79 and the service was friendly, fast, effective and value for money. The watch is now securely back on my wrist and I'm delighted; it's like having an old friend back.

We visited Chapter 79 as we like to support and buy from local businesses. After visiting several jewellers in the region, we decided to purchase our engagement rings from them as they had such a unique and beautiful range. Chapter 79 did a stunning job on my engagement ring. We had an original family ring that was too big for me but wanted to use for inspiration. Chapter 79 sorted everything from sourcing the gem, resizing the ring and recreating the original design. They were very open and transparent about both the price and the lead time and were also very responsive both by phone and email. I am absolutely delighted with the ring that I will treasure forever! I would highly recommend 😊

Just want to say what a pleasure it was to work with Jackie and Andy with the design of my wedding ring. They helped me redesign my original ring and eternity ring as they were very tired looking…… and they created the most beautiful ring… I’m so overwhelmed with it. Andy had so much patience, when I kept tweaking the design . My new ring is based on the design of my late mother’s ring so it was important to get it right. The result was absolutely spot on. Thankyou both…… I love it!! 💕

I got an heirloom ring redesigned and resized here and the team were brilliant at working with me on options and ideas. The end result was stunning and very reasonable cost-wise. The folks at Chapter79 were patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable and skilled in their trade. I need the diamond in my mum’s engagement ring reset, as the existing setting was old and worn. All the staff at Chapter 79 gave great service and advice and Andy did a fabulous job designing a new ring and setting the diamond. This was a very sentimental piece of jewellery and they did such a great job!
