The Hilltop Farm Shop & Cafe is a short drive into the countryside from Leamington Spa. With stunning views, we have a restaurant, a well stocked, high quality farm shop stocking local produce, organic foods and free range eggs - and a cafe which serves a tasty lunch menu, and delicious Sunday lunches. We welcome children and we have a fun play area for them with swings, slides and mini paddle tractors.

The Hilltop Farm Shop

The Hilltop Farm Shop is a family run business, specialising in local produce. Our farm produces traditionally reared lamb, traditionally reared beef, and also asparagus, summer vegetables and arable crops, including wheat, barley, peas and beans. This local produce is all available to buy in the farm shop.

The farm shop and the cafe are set in a converted barn with stunning views of the countryside just outside Leamington Spa, on top of Hunningham Hill in Warwickshire.

We stock local produce of extremely high quality. We're proud of the fact that all of our food, from everyday essentials to the speciality food we sell, is locally sourced and fairly priced. We have a range of organic foods, such as fruit, vegetables, cheese and drinks, not to mention free range eggs from the hens free to roam in our farmyard.

We also stock seasonal produce - from asparagus to pheasant. Seasonality is important to ensure absolute freshness, and we are also conscious that locally sourced produce will have travelled the least number of miles!

Our own traditionally reared lamb and traditionally reared beef is on sale in the farm shop on the Fosse Way, close to Leamington Spa. Our traditional methods of farming mean that our animals are healthy and happy - and our meat is of the finest quality.

The Hilltop Cafe

Our cafe freshly prepares food, using ingredients from our shop. We serve a traditional English breakfast using only local produce, and our lunch menu changes daily. Choose from our starters, main courses, salads and puddings or for a lighter lunch menu, choose a sandwich or ciabatta. Our home-made soup is freshly prepared using our own ingredients.

We also offer cream teas and wide selection of home-made cakes and biscuits.

Our Sunday lunches are extremely popular and we always serve our traditionally reared roast beef with all the trimmings. There is also a choice of another roast meat, a fish alternative and a vegetarian option. We serve twice, once at 12.30 and again at 2.30, so make sure you book because we fill up quickly!

The Hayloft Restaurant

If you want a treat on a Friday or Saturday night, why not book a table at the Hayloft Restaurant. With stunning views across the countryside outside Leamington Spa, we serve a selection of tempting dishes using our own traditionally reared beef and lamb and home grown vegetables and other organic produce. We only use the best seasonal produce, and we are fully licensed with a good selection of English and European wines.
