Jas Singh and his team, Nisha and Cecilia, acted on my behalf , selling my business. This was by no means a straight forward or ‘easy’ sale. To begin with they had to ‘come onboard’ after previous solicitors let me down half way through the sale, we also had the COVID19 pandemic to contend with and I also lost my husband . Throughout this time they remained supportive, especially with their vast knowledge, helpful and available. This is the first time I have ever sold a business so they had to guide me all of the way, which they did avidly.

We count ourselves as fortunate that our commercial brokers recommended Jas Singh at Pickford Solicitors for the purchase of a large property and business. As is the case with these sorts of transactions it turned out to be more complex that we initially thought! However Jas and his team were superb. On top of his excellent legal skills we were even more impressed and appreciative of his commercial awareness that added an extra dimension to his high quality advice. Jas, Nisha, Cecilia (and I am sure others in the background) meant that we received a professional and super responsive service.
