Carpets Direct 2 U are renowned in the Walsall and West Midlands area for their generous contributions to the local community, and have supported various charities and causes across the West Midlands.
In September 2012, Carpets Direct 2U provided and fitted flooring to St Matthews Church in Walsall free of charge as a donation to the church.
In 2014, Carpets Direct 2U provided vinyl flooring for a food container for Walsall Food Bank free of charge.
