Paradise Wildlife Park is a family-friendly attraction just a 15 minute drive from Hertford, Hertfordshire, that offers visitors the opportunity to see a variety of exotic animals up close. The park is home to over 800 animals, including big cats, primates, reptiles, and birds. It also features several interactive exhibits, such as the World of Dinosaurs and the Animal Adventure Zone, where visitors can hand-feed some of the animals. In addition, the park offers various experiences, such as animal encounters and keeper for a day programs. With plenty of outdoor space, playgrounds, and cafes, Paradise Wildlife Park is an ideal destination for a fun day out with the family.
Had a thoroughly enjoyable few hours here during May half term. Yes it’s small, but the enclosures look well kept with huge glass windows to view the animals and the layout is an easy walk. Restaurant, shop, toilet facilities and car parking were all very good too. However the real highlight was the “world of dinosaurs” walkthrough which was full of huge noisy animatronic dinosaurs. If you have a young child mad on dinosaurs, this would be something of a dream come true! My only negative point would be having to pay an additional £2 each to ride the little train. Seems a bit mean not to include this in the price of the ticket, especially as it cost me around £50 just to get in.
