A nice gym with a decent range of equipment and facilities. The gym is maintained well and seems to be clean. The staff are generally helpful and pleasant. I would only suggest that the showers could be maintained a bit better as some have been worn down a bit. Also if opening hours could be extended a little, especially on weekends. I was a member when the gym was actually part of Fitness First chain and it was open longer until 10 pm on week days and also longer on weekends. But apart from this, the gym now is fairly good and managed well.
