Eat on the Green Chef Orry Shand is Scottish Seafood Chef of the Year.
A Cook-off in the Young Scottish Seafood Chef of the Year competition resulted in triumph for 21 year old Orry Shand of Eat on the Green, Udny Green, near Aberdeen.
Orry beat 5 other finalists to win the event at the Edinburgh School of Food and Wine.
He wins a trophy, a week at The Captain's Table, Scrabster, and the opportunity to cook at various Seafood Scotland events during the next 12 months.
Orry cooked seared scallops and crab and cucumber canelloni, with a carrot and vanilla puree and summer vegetable salad with lime vinaigrette.
