Child Brain Injury Trust (CBIT), based near Banbury is a UK-wide charity offering support, information and training to anyone affected by childhood acquired brain injury.
More than 20,000 children will acquire a brain injury each year in the UK, resulting from accidents, illnesses such as meningitis or encephalitis, poisoning, strokes or tumours.
Brain injury changes lives forever and as a charity, CBIT looks to provide support in the following ways:

CBIT; local charity, is looking to raise £25,000 via donations etc to set up a Child and Family Support Project in Oxfordshire to provide direct and localised support to families following childhood acquired brain injury.
