Managed to get out to work today for the first time. My car, a German one (I won't get all brand concious here) could not get any grip on the snowed-up, iced-up road outside my house, and embarrassingly got stuck three times on the way to, and at, the library!! I had to be pushed, towed and dug out all in the space of an hour! Well, at least I didn't get a fine on my overdue items!
