The only people I would trust with my Audi A4 Quattro. They identified an issue with my suspension 12 mths ago, not inexpensive to fix, and an Audi main dealer contradicted them so I left it alone. How wrong I was, as the tyre wear (entirely as predicted by R.A.C.) turned out to be atrocious. Back to R.A.C to get it fixed. They also saved me £800 from a misdiagnosed problems elsewhere with my suspension. Steve absolutely knows his stuff.

My car had its annual service and I got he very high standard of service I have come to expect of the team at the Russell Automotive Centre. However, this time they went one better. When they called to say the car was ready for collection they heard me over the phone and realised that my health had taken a turn for the worse. Without prompting they delivered the car to my home. Going the extra mile was a very pleasant surprise. A bonus with this team that in the years that I have used their services they have explained things clearly in plain English and have never attempted to make capital of my lack of knowledge. This I know as the facts have been corroborated by friends who do know about cars. Thank you to a excellent centre made so by the team effort of the staff there.

Best service I have ever had from a garage (Especially main dealers) in almost FIFTY YEARS of driving.Unbelievable brilliant service, at last I have found a garage that I can trust to do what is needed on my car, and when they say they have done something on my car I know it needed doing and I know it was done. Possibly the best garage in the UK!

I had a very complicated problem with my audi a3, in regards to a problem with the EGR valve. I felt that RussellautomotiveCentre customer experience was excellent, much better than the audi chingford dealership where i recently done my last service. RussellautomotiveCentre managed to fix the problem and a very reasonable price, kept me up-to-date during my repairs and offered excellent after sales service. I now know,where i will be taking my audi for my next service.
