Tall Stories Theatre Company returns, bringing Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler’s award-winning sequel to life in this magical, musical adaptation.

Adapted from the poem by Tim Burton, this stunningly visual performance by pupils of the Susi Earnshaw Theatre School is being performed as part of The Barnet Christmas Fayre to raise money for charity. It is 40 minutes long and suitable for all ages.

Quantum Theatre present their unique take on Hans Christian Andersen's classic fairy tale in a two hour production, which includes a twenty minute interval. family production aimed at all ages.
One summer's day a splinter from the mirror lodges in Kay's heart and his personality changes - he becomes cruel and aggressive - and later that year, when winter comes, the Snow Queen appears and whisks Kay away to her palace in the North Pole.
She sets out on a long and dangerous journey but eventually reaches the Snow Queen's palace.
Kay seems unrescueable, but Gerda's tears melt the splinter in his heart and the spell is broken.
They travel home and find that it hasn't changed, but they have - they've grown up and it's summer time once more.

It's time for the Pantomime season and the Guild Players , Finchley's Amateur Dramatic Group, present Puss in Boots .
Peter has been thrown out of his home by his scheming but bungling brothers Hector and Casper. With the magical assistance of Mother Goose, Peter's loyal old cat is transformed into Puss in Boots. Together with his other friends from the village they fight to reclaim his rightful inheritance.
Along the way they have to deal with the evil Gruesome and his master Crunchbones the ogre. Also involved in the mayhem are Queen Fanny and her madcap assistant Freckles, Jack Spratt, Marjory Daw, a long suffering Chamberlain and an unexpected ghost.
