If you run a high street business in the borough of Barnet you'll have an opinion on parking.
Every shopkeeper and cafe owner I talk to raises it as one of the main (if not the main) issue affecting how busy (or rather not busy) it is on the high street.
Friday's BBC London News report featured the issues affecting some of the businesses in North Finchley, you can see the report here.
I don't understand why in some parts of the borough you can park for free yet in other parts (on what is effectively the same road) you have to pay.
