We are very happy with the service we received from Stuart. When my sister recommends something it doesn’t always seem to work out like she said BUT from the moment I first made contact with Stuart Rosenberg, from ‘Rosenberg and Co’, I knew this was the best recommendation she had ever made.
Stuart was both professional and helpful from the initial contact. He responded to any questions we had with quick efficiency and the information he gave us helped the whole process go really smoothly. For example, paperwork that would be required during the process was produced in advance to allow us to prepare thoroughly and have thinking time before the final processes.

We were referred to him initially by an agent selling a flat on Finchley Road. Stuart alerted us to potential issues relating to a mobile substation on the terrace above the flat, and as a result, we walked away from the flat. We felt Stuart had looked out for us and we went back to him when our offer on another flat was accepted. Stuart guided us expertly through our first purchase, and we remained in touch.
He has since handled the sale of the above flat, and also the purchase and sale of our house in Southgate. Finally, last year, he handled the purchase of our current home in Manchester.
