Dealing with Stuart was an oasis of calm and efficiency at a stressful time and just speaking to him on the phone was enough to bring my blood pressure down! He is every inch the professional but with a sense of humour that is welcome when things are getting a bit fraught. I truly believe that having him as our solicitor was one of the things that held our deal together through various problems. He even dealt with things from his family holiday.
It is very reassuring to know that your solicitor doesn't hide behind layers of secretaries, that he answers his own emails and is available to talk to. I was truly amazed by the speed at which he handled queries - usually on the same day - and stunned that he didn't ask for a penny above our agreed price even though the work had substantially increased, involving one failed sale and a ton of unexpected photocopying (which he did himself, at no notice, in order to help me look for insurance on an underpinned property)

Stuart provides a professional,efficient,meticulous and thorough service.
But what makes him stand out from the rest is his personal touch.
Although it was my first experience of selling a property and i was a bit stressed and overwhelmed.
Stuart soon put me at easy with his calming manner and down to earth attitude.
He was always only a phone call away and was genuinely patient and took the time to explain everything in easy to understand language (Not legal gobbledygook).
