Every year the Barnstaple Fringe Theatre Fest puts on many shows with talented aspiring actors from across the county. 2016 will be the 10th year and it promises to be bigger than ever before.
Running for four days from the 23rd to the 26th of June, 38 different companies from the UK and beyond will be offering over 120 performances in 4 days. There's a heady mix of events to provoke, delight and entertain.
On Saturday the 25th June at 1pm, Project:Dance! Devon will be performing on the main stage in the Queens Theatre - Boutport Street. Their theatrical masterpiece is: The moon, The Stars and The Little Wooden Shack, as written by the Musical Theatre Group.
It is a fun filled act that showcases the talents and abilities of all their dancers. The show epitomises the dance compnay's inclusive approach, with many new dancers performing for the first time. Without giving too much away, you are invited on a journey that includes a group of people that don't conform, a magical wooden shack and audience participation is a critical part of the performance! A brilliant show to take the whole family along too.
The show is even getting a preview at the Abbey Gateway club to celebrate their 30th anniversary.
So make sure you have your tickets to hand and for more info on Project Dance Devon call Karen or Steve on: 01271 308107 or: 07795 201249.
