Not the greatest stadium or view in the country but definitely the best sausage rolls I've tasted in a football stadium. Delicious.

Almost four years after we should have visited, no need to explain what global event got in the way, we finally reached journey's end, and what a journey.
The furthest ground in the Football League, from my house, and I already want to go back. Maybe as a glory hunter, in the play offs?
I love the fact that all four stands are unique. I love the fact that two stands are terraced. I love the fact that despite installing four hideous modern floodlights, they've nodded to the nostalgia junkies amongst us, and retained an original pylon, and rented it out to every mobile phone company you've heard of, and probably plenty you haven't.
I'll be back at Holker Street, up the Bluebirds!

Joined some friends for a corporate afternoon at the Barrow v Colchester game. It was excellent. Great food, superb service, and last, but not least, Barrow won too. Happy days.

The view from the away stand ( which is quite small) has metal stanchions which block your view, so if you go pick your seat wisely.Pies ( good selection) were dry but cheap. Ground easy to get to from barrow in Furness Station and us about 15 min walk.

Very friendly ground staff, great ‘old school’ football ground atmosphere and good range of outlets available within the ground

It's a very basic ground, parking is near by in Asda you have to download the Horizon app to park. Only a 10 min walk to the ground.

I go to different football league grounds in the uk and take photos of them sorta like a collection ,I turned up at Holker Street on a damp and dreary Friday afternoon to take photos of the ground and whilst doing so I met 1 of the volunteers called Ian who gave me a guided tour of the ground to my surprise this was much appreciated ,this is what grass roots football shud be like ,the owners of this football club shud be proud to have such hospitable staff like this , good on u barrow some of the bigger clubs I have been to don't like u getting too close to the stadium , c'mon the Bluebirds
