St Mary’s Hospice in Ulverston are asking for the support of 25 South Cumbria businesses to each raise £1,000 each in one year to help them further improve our services so we can provide even better care for their patients.
By committing to raise £1,000 in a year local business owners and their staff can help them reach a target of £25,000 which will enable them to make a real difference to our patients and their families.
“£25,000 could pay for the annual salary of 1.5 health care assistants, run Day Hospice for 3 days per week for a full year, or pay for 2 full time housekeepers for a year” , explained Martin Lewis their corporate fundraiser.
For more information on how your help would enable the to do this – visit their website and download a pack http://www.stmaryshospice.org.uk/
£1,000 is invaluable to the Hospice but it is very achievable for businesses and their workforce.
If you join the Club the Hospice will help companies to raise this much needed money and they'll work closely with them to help you reach this figure.
“Club 25 demonstrates to your staff, your suppliers and your customers that you invest in your local community and help us to look after people who need our support. If you join us we want to shout about it and let everyone know how you are supporting us!”
