Due to open its door to the public in early November, Craig and Louise Sherrington, the proud new owners of Virginia House are regular supporters of St. Mary’s Hospice and loved the idea of being able to raise funds at the launch of their new fine dining restaurant and gin parlour.
The new gin parlour will host some of the finest gins from around the world and their cocktail menu will feature some old classics alongside some exciting new recipes – and they are inviting you to create your own.
All you have to do is create your own gin cocktail in aid of St. Mary’s and send your recipe to contact@virginiahouseulverston.co.uk before 5pm Friday 23rd October.
The winner will be invited to attend the ‘invitation only’ launch event on 31st October and will receive a fabulous prize of a meal for 2 at Virginia House. Craig and Louise will donate £1.00 for every winning cocktail sold that evening, raising much needed funds for St Marys.
So go on, what are you waiting for? Get concocting and send your favourite – we are waiting to test them all!
