Join members of UBA for another great social evening with networking at Gleaston Watermill on Tuesday 30th August – 5.30 till 8.30 pm.
Located close to the ruins of Gleaston Castle, this imposing watermill has been part of the local traditions for over 400 years. The present building dates from 1774, with the impressive wooden gearing being original to the 1700s.
Vicky & Mike Brereton are our hosts and will be providing a hearty chilli for everyone plus a tour of the historic settings. Vicky will tell us how they have developed this unique business over the last 20 years.
Main course (vegetarian option available) and dessert being served at £7 for members.
NB Bring a fleece or warm clothing as the Mill is so chilled it's cool.
