Lunchtime visit was a very pleasurable experience. Crispy squid small plate and a ham hock terrine with rosemary salted fries, homemade chutney, soft poached eggs and a tossed salad were highlights. The flatbreads were also reportedly excellent.

Went for a nice walk around Ulverston and stumbled upon this spot. Absolutely could not fault this place one bit. Served some of the nicest food i’ve had for a long time.

Joined some friends for a corporate afternoon at the Barrow v Colchester game. It was excellent. Great food, superb service, and last, but not least, Barrow won too. Happy days.

Lovely little park, play area.loved the what sort of animal am I trail for the kids they really enjoyed it.
Under the watchful lighthouse on the hill. Parking waS a donation off £1.
