6 swings with tyres around them, confused me as to the reason why.

Blue mesh circular swing,

Up & down planks.

Wheel thing, not certain what called.

Roomy green place & quiet.

Lovely open park in the middle of the town with on site parking.

A nice play park that was enjoyed on Sunday morning. Zip wire was nice and fast and appreciated.

There is parking available at the top of the park go through the gates and follow the hard road and park at the top. Parking is free and there is an excellent cafe 50 yds further on and also easy access to the Hoad monument. Park on the car park and walk to the cafe as there is very limited parking at the cafe.

There is also a garden opposite the cafe which is beautiful to walk around. Plants are available to buy.

The cafe (Coach House, Cafe & Bistro) is communiry run and has a very high standard and is not too expensive. Its a lovely spot to sit outside and enjoy the ambiance of the garden which is also used for weddings.

Went twice - had a cuppa and scones (Tasty!) , then back again in the evening for a Golden Wedding celebration. Could not fault anything about this place - absolutely delightful service, food and location.

A multi-functional park and surrounding buildings.
I have been here for festivals, weddings, breakfast, and just to shop at their great gardens. Food is excellent at the local cafe, and there is a lovely park for the kids to play in. Worth a visit.

Plenty of grass and a adventure playground, there are things to do, but mainly walks anytime and is free entry, however it is what you make of it.

A great public amenity, children’s play areas, trails, walks, community garden plus an excellent cafe. I use both the cafe and the dog area, but the cafe serves very good and reasonably priced food, just recently had brunch with friends from out of the area and they were mightily impressed too.

We really enjoyed our Burns Night in the cafe at Ford Park. We were a party of eight, the food was terrific, delicious and with a Scottish twist. The staff were attentive and very friendly and made the atmosphere fun and the whole evening very enjoyable.
We loved the Scottish themed quiz and taking part in the address to the haggis.
Thoroughly recommended, we will definitely go again next year and we're looking forward to other events at Ford Park.
