For the second year running, the FP Gold Retailer Awards will give shoppers the chance to vote for their favourite store, restaurant or entertainment venue at Festival Place within a number of exciting categories:
Now open for voting, customers have the chance to choose their favourite retailers either online, via the Festival Place website, or in centre with a special FP Gold Retailer Awards voting form. Voting closes on Sunday 1st October and one lucky customer entry will receive a £250 Festival Place gift card to spend in their favourite stores.
The stores with the most votes in each category will win a £200 Festival Place gift card as well as an award to mark their achievement. Game received the prestigious Store of the Year award last year:
“Last year’s win was a real high for our team and we’re looking forward to this year’s ceremony. Ultimately, it comes down to how much our customers trust and value the work that our team does on a daily basis. These awards are a great way for our community of gamers to let us know how we are getting on, while also providing our staff with a further incentive to continue to provide the very best service.” Game Store
With Hair Lab deserving runners up:
“We were ecstatic with last year’s results - especially as we were brand new to the centre and not part of a chain of shops! We can’t wait to see how we get on this year. The FP Gold Retailer awards are a fantastic initiative as we really value the customer’s opinion. Hair Lab
Speaking about the awards, Centre Director at Festival Place, Steven Connolly, said: “We were really pleased with the success of last year’s awards and couldn’t wait to run them again. It’s a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our retailers’ successes and to honour the shining stars of our retailer community. We wish all of our retailers the best of luck!”
