Fantastic experience. Hadn't had my hair cut for ages and it was in a sorry state. Jack at Artisan was totally lovely and did some hair magic. Ended up with a brilliant cut and will definitely come back.

I recently moved to Bath and was on the hunt for a new hairdresser after not going for a long time. I had a cut and balayage from Stevie and I love it. Balayage is brilliantly done and the cut was exactly what I asked for. Stevie took time to listen to what I wanted and the environment was great - calm and welcoming, everyone seemed lovely and it didn’t feel cliquey like some salons can. Really recommend Stevie and the salon, so pleased to have found such a nice place.

I have been coming to Artizan for almost a decade now and always leave feeling beautiful!! The staff are all fantastic, and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. The products used are always top quality and smell amazing! I would not hesitate to reccomend this salon to anyone!

I am relatively new to Artizan and so happy I am now having my hair done here, it's a great atmosphere and Ben is a superb hairdresser and done wonders with my hair. He is good fun, professional and I know I'm in great hands. I come out feeling fab and I am the most content I have ever been with my hair thanks to Ben. I would highly recommend Artizan, I won't go anywhere else now. Also the Aveda products are fantastic.

I saw Ben for the first time yesterday as I wanted to transition from a natural brunette to ash blonde to help with the maintenance of silver hairs coming through. He took loads of time to understand what wanted to achieve, explained what he was doing throughout and was honest about what was realistic and what would produce the best results. I am really happy with what he did and my best friend said it is the best hair colour I've had - ever!

This was a while ago now but I didn't know where to leave a review. The staff in Artizan hair are so talented and dedicated at what they do. I recently moved here and couldnt find anywhere to get my extensions taken out. The team worked until late late after closing when I was the only one there to get them out after another hairdresser used the wrong glue in my hair. The glue was so bad there was a high possibility of having to cut all my hair off, but the team here worked hours after close to ensure I didn't have to do that, all whilst being absolutely lovely and kind to me. Salim in particular went out of his was to buy different products that he thought would be better and invited me back a different day to ensure my hair was healthy and glue free. This was all done at no extra cost, just dedication to their job and not wanting me to leave with hair that another salon had messed up. 5 star service and even after the problems I caused them they gave me a beautiful haircut and highlights, which left me feeling amazing as I was pretty unhappy having to get my extensions out, but the talented staff knew exactly what they were doing. Definitely the best hairdressers I've been to and I look forward to going back!

I have been struggling to find a hair salon with competent staff, who know how to layer, and cut hair properly. I took a chance with Artizan hair, and was lucky to have found Stevie. I didn't even have to say much, and she knew exactly what I was looking for.
Excellent job, very professional, efficient, polite, and all in a timely manner. I have found my new hair salon, as long as I am in Bath.

Booked an initial consultation with Matt who made me feel like he had all the time in the world for me; so kind, welcoming and truly listened. Provided me with the perfect recommendation based on my needs and I honestly could not have been happier with the outcome.
