Been using Ben at Artizan for a few years nowand I always feel like I've been given special treatment. He's very skilful and knowledgeable, takes time to listen and I'm always pleased with the result.

Apprentice Zoe was awsome, really patient helping me choose my haircut and making sure it worked for me. Products used were amazing and I got a beautiful haircut for a great price.

An absolutely outstanding business full of genuinely caring people. Originally going in for a beach wave perm Matt was great on advising me to think about getting a hair cut before I decide (even though this was a lot cheaper) so he could show me that you can get the same effect for half the price and he did just that! The level of service for the price I paid was amazing, I never felt at any time pressured to buying anything like most hairdressers and the atmosphere was enjoyable to be in. The products used did exactly what I was told they would do and I was taught new tips to get my hair to how I wanted it. It's rare to find a hair dresser now that doesn't care about the money and just wants to make people feel better about themselves which is exactly what matt and his team do. Overall a wonderful experience and I shall be back for more! (With friends) thankyou matt!!

I had my haircut with Matt today and once again loved it! I come from Bristol to Bath Artizan just for it as I know they take the time to listen to what I want, I always get a complimentary massage and tea and everyone is super friendly. 5 stars from me :)

Always a great cut... I wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else, even though I no longer live in Bath. I always make sure to organise my visits to accommodate a hair cut. Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and today mulled wine and a mince pie! What more could you want?!

Fantastic service! Extremely professional and really good value for money. I loved the atmosphere, relaxed and friendly, without the la-di-da of other salons in the centre of Bath, just pure quality. Their hair products feel and smell gorgeous and are very natural. I love my new hair colour. Will definitely be back!

Matt has been my hairdresser for 5 years now and it is wonderful to see his skill and hardworking pay off. As well as being an extremely skilled cutter of hair he is just a lovely man. He gave me a very edgy style, I love it! Thanks you Matt.

I do not normally leave any reviews but today is exceptional. I am so happy as I had tried to get my son (Alex) a haircut since August (>1 month ago). We initially tried a hairdressers close to our home but after 2 failed attempts decided to go back to Pete who last successfully cut Alex's hair. Pete has a calm way with children and did a good job today. The last time I had a haircut was in June with Pete and he was really good. I was actually surprised with the whole experience. He has naturally good hairdressing skills and PR-> Very good customer service and I like the finish result. It's a pity we had to move, otherwise I would definitely come back here again for Alex's next hair cut and for myself! 2 more happy customer for Artizan Bath today. Would definitely recommend and if you do nomination I would nominate Pete as exceptional hairdresser. Thank you.

Jodie cut my 9 year old daughters hair and she loved it! Her hair gets very tangled but Jodie sorted this out and did a great cut and blow dry. She was very happy!
