Do you have a good recipe?
Somerset and Dorset Air Ambulance would really appreciate if you could recommend them a good family recipe.
About 30 dishes will eventually be chosen for the book, which will be published this summer. The book will also feature contributions from a number of well-known local chefs.
Organisers are looking for "traditional homemade family recipes that stand the test of time" or even ones that have been handed down over generations.
To help make things easy a website has been created for people to upload their favourite breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes.
Tracy Bartram from Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance: "It would be great if people could go online and help us out by uploading their favourite family dishes."
The charity cookbook is part of the Come Together, Eat Together campaign which aims for families to sit down and eat together at least once a week.
