Excellent service at every step. Very competitive quote, detailed moving plan, very competent and inspired confidence from the start. Moving day couldn't have gone any easier. All the guys took great care with our belongings and were very careful in the house with the big heavy stuff. Not a mark on the walls or floors when they left. At the new house everything was moved in well organized. Not a single thing damaged. couldn't praise the team enough. What could so easily be a stressful day was a complete breeze. It was actually quite enjoyable watching people so competent at their work. Don't intend to be moving house again any time soon but if I was I wouldn't choose anyone else.

The excellent team from Mardans moved us from Harrogate to Bath during heavy snow in February 2021. They were helpful, courteous, professional and good fun to be with. All in all they made the move as stress free as it could be. Nothing was too much trouble. They were fast. Very fast, and seamlessly well organised for the whole removal process, from booking to storage. Communications were proactive too. Nik kept us informed at every stage, and always answered the phone whenever we rang him. Outstanding!

Mardan Removals were absolutely brilliant. They emptied our old property so quickly even though it was the very top floor apartment (over 70 stairs!!). They then moved everything into the new house in no time at all whilst constantly checking everything was where it needed to be. I couldn't fault the team at all, they were all fantastic, from Nik in the office who replied promptly to every question I had through to the 3 chaps who helped with the actual move on the day. I will certainly recommend to anyone I know that is moving house in the future.

We are so glad that we chose Total Bathrooms, Bath to design and provide the fixtures and fittings for our new main bathroom. We were impressed with the showroom and used one of their displays to help us visualise and design our new suite. Natasha, was absolutely brilliant, using the 3D CAD design to help us visualise how our bathroom would look. She was extremely patient when we were unsure about what style suite we would like and the various cabinets fittings we wanted. Dispite many changes and suggestions she gave us her full attention and consideration until we were completely satisfied with our choices. Even though the Pandemic struck half way through the initial consultation, this did not effect the design process or delivery time scale. She recommended fitters for us, after a few quotes and meetings we settled on Aqua Bathrooms from Bristol, who were absolutely top class. Once the Bathroom renovation started we had a few more requests to make for extra fittings, these arrived on time and did not delay the work. There were two minor issue with the manufacture/packaging of the fittings we had ordered but these were sorted within minutes of making a visit to the showroom. What was particularly impressive was the service we recieved from staff at the store who were able to help us even when natasha was unavailable. The follow up e-mail asking if we were happy with the new bathroom was a nice touch. We would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of having a new bathroom done/rennovated. Thank you Natasha, we can not find a single thing we would change now that the room is completed, it is in fact better than we thought.

We used Mardan Removals to move and store our furniture when we sold our house in Bath and to move it to our new house in Wales. Mardan were recommended to us by Tynings estate agents in Bath and both companies provided excellent service. Nik, Marcus and the team at Mardan were very courteous and professional and our furniture/belongings were moved smoothly and efficiently without any damage. In particular they bent over backwards to try to accommodate our request for a removal date at short notice during a busy period for them, when we were being messed about by our chain. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
