First time visiting Artizan and I will definitely be back! There’s nothing more you could ask for when it comes to this salon. Charlene listened to me and communicated throughout - I’ve never loved my hair more! It’s such a lovely, unique environment too that feels very non judgmental. And the natural products used on the hair smell delightful too:) highly recommend.

Great service from A Man Who Can. Chris ordered the required components immediately and they arrived promptly.
Jon phoned the day after the components arrived and turned up 10 minutes later. He did a great job, very quick and efficient, very tidy (he held the hoover nozzle next to the drill to collect all the dust), cleared up all the packaging and took it away with him.
All great, very efficient and very reasonably priced.

Been to Artizan, Bath for the first time in 2022. Sarah was the stylist at the time.
Been for the 2nd time in April, 2023 at lunch time and Louise was my stylist this time. I found both Sarah and Louise to be great stylists.
Had a wash, cut and blow dry, both times. I like that the salon is open from very early in the day as good to have plenty of options for times.
I like that Artizan, use Dyson hair dryers as I fortunately use the same at home as it seems to dry hair much quicker.

Appreciated the clean seat to sit on in the waiting area and a clean seat at the hair washing area as well, as it’s not very nice to approach seats that are either wet or with other bits of dust/hair. It’s these little things that would also make me return again to Artizan.
