We have been using the services from A Man Who Can for the last 3, 4 months now and find them very efficient. We report a job to them by email, they then respond to us about when they are going to carry out the job. The tenants are then informed about A Man Who Can coming in. We have had no call backs from our tenants about any of their work.

A Man Who Can helped us out a number of times. When we had an emergency like a leaking tap in our kitchen they were with us within half an hour, located the problem and sorted it. And all for a very reasonable charge. We had them back in on 4 successive occasions to do other bits and pieces. On each occasion they have been prompt, courteous, quick, professional and always sorted out the problem. So they came for a plumbing job, a problem with our roof, a broken off key in a lock and they are now going to install our new bathroom. I have already recommended their services to my friends. Absolutely first class. I have never come across a company that cares so much about what they do then A Man Who Can.

We receive a good service from Graham’s Cleaning Services. We have been using them for nearly 3 years now. They undertake the regular communal cleaning, window cleaning and gutter clearance of one of our large residential buildings and are always on hand for one-off jobs on other properties. They are always quick to respond to queries. Yes, I would recommend this service to others.
