Dear Peter,
I want to compliment you and your team at Total Bathrooms, Bath for their service to me recently. You personally know a lot of the details – when I came to your team for a new shower the service and help received was excellent.
The installation was complicated by two things:-the low water pressure and –the relatively low floor to ceiling height. The team at Total were very helpful and knowledgeable, and were able to show how a selection of offered systems would function and look from the displays.
The pressure issue was solved with a very good value pumped thermostatic system. The shower selected was a 900mm quadrant with very smooth acting (self cleaning glass) and double doors. This was sourced with a very shallow base and drain fitting that helped to solve the issue of limited height while still allowing adequate fall for the drain. In addition we were able to see and receive your range of shower backing panels, and systems for sealing to the base.
The overall process of supply and delivery was easily achieved and in good time. I would totally recommend Total Bathrooms when there is a bathroom project!

I looked on the internet for taps for 6 weeks before finding some that I really liked and could afford, they look great. Unfortunately, they took 2 weeks to arrive (not sure if this was due to supply disruption following the snow) but my e-mail to ask when delivery was due was replied to that day and the taps received 2 days later, so customer contact service was very good. Very well packaged, would recommend.
