We are so glad that we chose Total Bathrooms, Bath to design and provide the fixtures and fittings for our new main bathroom. We were impressed with the showroom and used one of their displays to help us visualise and design our new suite. Natasha, was absolutely brilliant, using the 3D CAD design to help us visualise how our bathroom would look. She was extremely patient when we were unsure about what style suite we would like and the various cabinets fittings we wanted. Dispite many changes and suggestions she gave us her full attention and consideration until we were completely satisfied with our choices. Even though the Pandemic struck half way through the initial consultation, this did not effect the design process or delivery time scale. She recommended fitters for us, after a few quotes and meetings we settled on Aqua Bathrooms from Bristol, who were absolutely top class. Once the Bathroom renovation started we had a few more requests to make for extra fittings, these arrived on time and did not delay the work. There were two minor issue with the manufacture/packaging of the fittings we had ordered but these were sorted within minutes of making a visit to the showroom. What was particularly impressive was the service we recieved from staff at the store who were able to help us even when natasha was unavailable. The follow up e-mail asking if we were happy with the new bathroom was a nice touch. We would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of having a new bathroom done/rennovated. Thank you Natasha, we can not find a single thing we would change now that the room is completed, it is in fact better than we thought.

Mardan Removals were amazing. They made what was a very stressful time that much easier. They constantly stayed in touch to get the move booked in the diary, despite many delays. On the move days, they packed efficiently and so quickly and then the move itself went off without a hitch. The whole team were amazing. Thank you so much for everything.

We used Mardan Removals to move and store our furniture when we sold our house in Bath and to move it to our new house in Wales. Mardan were recommended to us by Tynings estate agents in Bath and both companies provided excellent service. Nik, Marcus and the team at Mardan were very courteous and professional and our furniture/belongings were moved smoothly and efficiently without any damage. In particular they bent over backwards to try to accommodate our request for a removal date at short notice during a busy period for them, when we were being messed about by our chain. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Asked for help with a couple of 'small' plumbing jobs. It ended up being complicated as the part was hard to source, they preservered and spent a lot longer than the time we were actually charged. Friendly and helpful and kept us up to date with progress sourcing the rare and hard to obtain part.

Thank you Matt for an amazing haircut and to Shelley who was so helpfully on my first visit. I absolutely love my hair and so glad I decided to take the plunge and go short, Matt was brilliant and talked me through the whole process and we discussed options throughout the cut which gave me real confidence and put me at ease.

She is very professional and works to perfection while listening to what the client wants to achieve. She is the best, simply amazing. The salon is clean and relaxing and the reception/admin staff Lauren and Natasha are fantastic.
