I was impressed with Marcus from the outset. He responded to my initial email enquiry straight away, even though it was outside what I would consider 'normal' working hours. With his team they drove down to Penzance, at some god forsaken hour in mid January, to meet the freight boat, which brought all our worldly goods back to the mainland from the Scillies. They had to unload 3 containers and reload them into their van and drive it all back to Bath to store for us. Despite an anticipated 2 months storage (best laid plans and all that) Marcus and the gang were finally able to reunite us with our chattels last week. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole process ran like the well oiled machine that it obviously is. A very professional team who pay attention to detail and whose customer care is, we think, is second to none. Marcus thank you for going that extra mile - you know what we are referring to !!! Your thoughtfulness and actions helped to alleviate some of the stress and pressure of our long awaited 'move in day'. A brilliant company would we highly recommend. Thanks guys 👍👍👍👍
