On Saturday The White Horse held a Help the Heroes fundraising day, with live music, hog roast, bouncy castle, raffle, auction,a presentation by a member of the RAF and a visit by Mayor Dave Hodgson. A good time was had by all in spite of the weather.
Bedford Chiropractic Clinic regularly hold pamper evenings for both men and women. Tomorrow evening 7-9pm is the next Ladies one, with the next men's one on May 18th. These events are free and an evening well-spent.

This week saw the bestofbedford's first charity pub quiz, held at The Park pub on Kimbolton Road the evening was a resounding success with over £340 raised for our chosen charity Emmaus Village Carlton.
