Thursday evening saw the launch of an exciting new venture between two members of Best of Bedford, namely The Health Hub and Luscious Juice bar. They decided to combine their expertise and thrill the people of Bedfordshire with an evening of Raw Pizza and a range of salads washed down with a choice of smoothies.
The pizza bases were made with sunflower seeds, flax seeds and coriander so full of flavour and goodness and no chance of feeling bloated. Salads included Wild Rice, Crunchy divine, Caesar and Summer and this was followed by fruit moose. The most exciting thing about all of this was that none of it contained wheat, sugar or dairy and all of the enzymes and vitamins were alive and kicking.
