All the staff there were so compassionate when our dog was seriously ill and helped us cope through such a difficult time for us. They are so knowledgeable and will always be honest with us about our animals prognosis. We wouldn't change vets, we've been with them for over 20 years.

I have been with Bicester vets for many, many years. When we had our cat Midnight she suddenly became very ill and collapsed, the vet who treated her, Fiona Cornish was excellent in her diagnosis of cancer, unfortunately we lost Midnight that evening, our second cat Misty who also became ill had a problem with her brain, I made the decision to have her put to sleep, our third cat Mollie who I'm pleased to say is still with us was treated by Lucy in November 2012, whilst in her care Mollie became very ill and we were referred immediately to the Willows referral centre, Shirley, West Midlands, it was a really good call by Lucy because Mollie was diagnosed with pneumonia, thank goodness for Bicester vets I say. They are absolutely brilliant, not only do they care for the animals fantastically but they also look after the owners just the same, just brilliant

Having pets is like having children and their safety, care and health is very important. They are truly passionate about their cause, I have used many vets for my numerous pets over the years and Bicester Vets by far exceed all other experiences. They keep you up to date with interesting & informative newsletters, they provided my a pack to track the progress and list the vaccinations/routine check ups of my most recent kitten, and they always treat Ronny like their own when he has to visit. Great personal service.

They are professional but very caring. Cliff Maw is an excellent vet and cares for my pet as if it were his own. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and they are very helpful if I call to ask questions or discuss a problem with my dog. They are all very pleasant and very helpful, they never make me feel like they don't care.

They were so kind and helpful when my poor spaniel needed some medicine. We have only just moved to the area, so I only popped in for some advice on a product that I had heard of that turned out to be inappropriate. I was able to speak directly to a vet, despite not being registered, and was able to make an appointment for them to see her that afternoon. They were able to prescribe medication that has helped her enormously - and this is something our previous vets have not been able to do. Very impressed with their kindness and knowledge. Their customer service is exemplary. I can really recommend.

Having joined the vets only a few weeks ago with our new puppy Nala, we have recieved extremely professional help from all members of staff. Prices are very competitive and they offer a great pet plan to ensure the first 12 months care is taken care of, coupled with their very efficient system of text messaging with appointment reminders & upcoming treatments I feel that we are in safe hands with Bicester Vets & would recommend to anyone.

This is a friendly practice where nothing is too much trouble - they show respect for both pet and owner and provide good support and advice as needed. They will even come to your home when getting to the surgery is difficult allowing pets to be cared for and sometimes pass away at home. This is an exceptional service.

I have been using Bicester Vets for the last 12 years since moving to Bicester. I have nothing but praise for the kindness, patience and compassion all of the staff have shown me and my pets. I always feel that I am getting a very personal service and nothing is too much trouble. I have had to have a number of elderly pets put to sleep over the years and I'm always struck by how kind the staff have been to me and to my pets. It comes across how passionate and caring they are about treating both the owner and pet well in these sad times. I would recommend Bicester Vets to anyone, no doubt about it.

I don't know what I would do without these wonderful vets and receptionists. I thoroughly recommend them. They are so supportive and caring. They have been there for me in difficult times. They carry my cats to and from my car to assist me as well. Am very grateful.

After taking my American Cocker Spaniel "disney" to Bicester Vets for a "sore paw" and bad breath (which turned out to be bad teeth,one operation and only three trips into them i have my bouncing crazy and very happy friend back to his best. The guys and girls there were fantastic not only with him but answered all our worries and questions,and in only three weeks he's almost 100% again. Thanks alot people

I have two little kittens, I have taken them down to Bicester vets for their check ups, operation to be spayed and injections. The staff from receptionists to nurse to vets are amazing, very helpful, reassuring and always on the end of the phone for advice. The kittens are fine once they are in there. Thank you Bicester vets
