We are very impressed by the skill and attention to detail demonstrated by Tim's team. They were not the cheapest quote we were given but seemed to apply a different level of knowledge and approach taking into consideration water flow and drainage that told us this was a good long term investment.
The team worked hard, were polite, kind and accommodating to our daughter (and neighbour's child!) asking questions about the equipment and involving them in the process.
There was a small amount of last minute changes to dates and times but as we were always at home this did not affect us in any way and I get the feel if it had been an issue, they would have stuck to the original timings.
They produced lovely skilled work and we are extremely happy.
