Matthew of Walman's Butchers in Launton is on the television on Monday 20th December - a MUST watch for Bicester residents!
Matthew, battling against many other butchers throughout the UK, has made it through to the FINALS of Young Butcher of the Year - a fantastic achievement, highlighting his experience and commitment as a young butcher.
It is on BBC3 at 8pm on Monday 20th December.
A must watch for anyone that frequents Walman's Butcher and Delicatessan in Launton - if you don't, after this you just may have to go along and sample the great meats and friendly service and congratulate (we hope!) Matthew.
