No query has ever been to small for Bryan and his team and they address every questions and request with the urgency and professionalism that I have come to enjoy from his company. Being able to speak with a real person and not be passed around on a phone system is just so refreshing these days. My personal pet hate is ‘form filling’ – with Bryan I spent just 10 minutes with him in his office, he asked the questions, he filled in all the forms – all I had to do was sign – it was a breeze. We have been using Bicester Vets for 10 years now with our dogs and cats. Always the treatment of us and our pets has been excellent. One particular moment which stays in my mind is when we had to have one of our beautiful Hamiltonstovare put to sleep. Her name was Foxy Lady but we used to have other little pet names for her - one being Sweetpea. When we arrived to have the awful deed done Jason was there to greet us and as we gently encouraged her to walk in the door he said to her "Come on Sweetpea". It may seem a silly little thing but it was the fact he had bothered to take notice of our pet name for her. We have always felt that everyone there actually cares about us and our pets. The caring, compassionate way in which Jason dealt with our beautiful Sweetpea on that awful day will stay with me forever.
