They were so kind and helpful when my poor spaniel needed some medicine. We have only just moved to the area, so I only popped in for some advice on a product that I had heard of that turned out to be inappropriate. I was able to speak directly to a vet, despite not being registered, and was able to make an appointment for them to see her that afternoon. They were able to prescribe medication that has helped her enormously - and this is something our previous vets have not been able to do. Very impressed with their kindness and knowledge. Their customer service is exemplary. I can really recommend.

Having joined the vets only a few weeks ago with our new puppy Nala, we have recieved extremely professional help from all members of staff. Prices are very competitive and they offer a great pet plan to ensure the first 12 months care is taken care of, coupled with their very efficient system of text messaging with appointment reminders & upcoming treatments I feel that we are in safe hands with Bicester Vets & would recommend to anyone.

This is a friendly practice where nothing is too much trouble - they show respect for both pet and owner and provide good support and advice as needed. They will even come to your home when getting to the surgery is difficult allowing pets to be cared for and sometimes pass away at home. This is an exceptional service.

I have been using Bicester Vets for the last 12 years since moving to Bicester. I have nothing but praise for the kindness, patience and compassion all of the staff have shown me and my pets. I always feel that I am getting a very personal service and nothing is too much trouble. I have had to have a number of elderly pets put to sleep over the years and I'm always struck by how kind the staff have been to me and to my pets. It comes across how passionate and caring they are about treating both the owner and pet well in these sad times. I would recommend Bicester Vets to anyone, no doubt about it.

We had Tim and his team to build a patio around a new extension and we didn't quite know what would be the best way forward, Tim gave us lots of ideas and good advice and we asked him to do the work for us. The patio is excellent and Tim's attention to detail is superb, you will not be disappointed with Tim and his team of men. We are so proud of the new patio, fence and gate that Tim has built for us.

Highly recommended. Very professional, pleasant and easy to deal with. Price was fair and the quality of the job done was excellent. Tim made the effort to match the new fence his team put up for us as closely as possible with our existing fencing, and also made the effort to lay out the posts symmetrically so it looks right; a level of attention to detail reflected in the way the job was finished and made good. Service and quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations throughout.
