Mmmm ... lovely fresh tasty cup of coffee and scrummy cookie ... served by very pleasant staff in a wonderfully comfortable environment. Great that you have newspapers to browse through too. I'll definitely be coming back.

The premises is lovely and clean, they offer lots of advice with nutrition, sell excellent food for animals, pet accessories and offer many services that make your animals lives better. The vets are well informed and make you feel as an equal and not someone wasting their time. They keep a data base that can be referred to instantly and helps them make an accurate diagnosis. All in all I feel their practice is cutting edge and I am confident that my dog will get the best attention possible. We have other family members who also take their pets there and they all agree that they are very happy with the treatment their pets recieve there.
I would award 5 hearts because I think they deserve it!

Bean around the world in Bicester is the best coffee shop I have been in and I've been in a few ;-)
The staff are fab and can't do enough for you.

When we fostered and later adopted an RSPCA rescued cruelty case cat, Sam, we 'inherited' Bicester Vets with him as they had been his carers for some 20 months during the legal proceedings. It made perfect sense to stay with them, even though other veterinary practices were nearer for us, as they had so much knowledge and experience of his hefty medical history .
Sam has had a number of procedures and continues to be a chronically sick cat but with good diet, the right medication and on-going support at Bicester Vets he enjoys a very good quality of life, something we hope will continue for years to come.
During some of the tenser moments with Sam's condition, I turned into a virtual stalker by e-mail, bombarding them either with questions or research I had found and at no time was I made to feel as though I was a nuisance or over-zealous 'mum'! My queries were always answered quickly.
