Hope you had a nice weekend. I came across this press release and thought it may be of interest to you all.
"On Friday 29 January staff and students at Mayflower had great fun raising over £2800 for the Haiti Relief Fund. Sixth Form students donned their ‘old’ uniforms whilst students in Years 7-11 donated at least £1 not to wear school uniform for the day. Five students in Year 11 – Rebecca Butler, Sophie Lorenz, Isla RobertsonCallum Harris and Sam Hayday – held a cake sale which raised just over £500. A donation of £3000 will be paid into the Disaster Relief Fund in the near future."
