An independent insurance broker has expanded into a new office in Birmingham.

Norton Insurance Brokers has relocated to Lyndon House on Hagley Road which marks a significant step in the company’s growth.

The insurance specialists will occupy around 5,500 sq. ft over two floors at the new office.

After achieving its highest trading month in July, the relocation is a reflection of the business’ commitment to creating an environment that supports its employees in providing a personalised service to clients.

Lyndon House is a prominent building in the heart of Edgbaston, offering high-quality refurbished office space with excellent amenities including an on-site gym.

The office is easily accessible by foot, road and rail, with improved connectivity thanks to the extension of the West Midland Metro and the nearby Five Ways station.

This year, the business implemented an emotional intelligence training programme to ensure meaningful conversations with clients, which has further solidified their position as a key player in the insurance industry.

Mark Wilkinson, managing director at Norton Insurance Brokers, commented: “We’re delighted to have moved into our new office at Lyndon House. This is the next chapter in our journey, and we are excited about the opportunities it brings as we continue to serve our clients and grow as a business.”

Levi Bailey, group operations director of Switch Management Ltd, which manages Lyndon House, added: “Joining a number of leading organisations, Norton Insurance Brokers will make a brilliant addition to Lyndon House, which is the perfect space for ambitious businesses looking to scale up their operations.

“From their new location, the team will benefit from an inspiring working environment with modern amenities and excellent connectivity to both Edgbaston Village and Birmingham city centre. We look forward to being part of their journey as they continue to grow.”

Midlands-based commercial property consultancy Harris Lamb worked on the deal.
