Arrive Alive brought Benidorm to Birmingham, with a drag act, magician, everyone was given shades, beach balls, as well as an auction including a signed Cristiano Ronaldo shirt, a signed Anthony Joshua glove and a Fortnum and Mason Hamper.

The event was proudly supported by LeapIT as one of the main sponsors of the event. Stuart Watson, director of LeapIT and Arrive Alive ambassador, said: “Arrive Alive has been Leap IT’s chosen charity since 2020. When we first heard about the Arrive Alive Ball, we were more than happy to be a Gold Sponsor of the event. It’s the 1st ball the charity has ever organised and it was a real fun evening bringing Benidorm to Brum!”

The Arrive Alive Charity Ball was held to raise funds and awareness of the lifesaving work Arrive Alive carries out by funding voluntary operated 999 vehicles within communities. The night was filled with entertainment and a chance to give back in style. The evening kicked off with a drinks reception, allowing guests to mingle and network, which was then followed by a three-course meal.

As the night progressed, guests were treated to captivating live entertainment, featuring talented performers, magicians and a casino table. In addition to the entertainment, the charity ball hosted a raffle and auction, offering attendees the opportunity to bid on exclusive items and experiences with all proceeds going to Arrive Alive. Arrive Alive is the only registered charity of its kind solely dedicated to funding voluntary operated 999 vehicles within communities for West Midlands Ambulance Service Community First Responder Groups. The charity has so far funded thirteen vehicles in Birmingham, Solihull, The Black Country, Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire with many more communities still needing support from Arrive Alive along with further support needed in the current communities already supported by Arrive Alive.

“Thank you to everyone who made the event possible to our sponsor LeapIT along with support from our other charity partners Johnsons Coaches and runyourfleet. I would also like to also thank Astella Jewellery, Defib Store and Wel Medical for their support. The funds raised will help Arrive Alive to continue to fund voluntary operated 999 vehicles and publicly accessible lifesaving equipment within communities across Birmingham, Solihull, The Black Country, Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire. I hope to share a date for the 2025 charity ball in due course.” – Debbie Roscoe, Founder of Arrive Alive.
