Investors Kinrise have revealed CGIs of their new office space at the historic 81 Colmore Row building in Birmingham city centre.
Office space at the Grade II listed building launches next month with stunning heritage offices, flexible studios and room for larger headquarters.
The building, which dates back to 1871, was snapped up by Kinrise last year and has been updated and renovated to the latest design and technology standards.
In addition to private offices, the building hosts a bookable events space and meeting rooms with access to the historic roof terrace.
All of these are available for external bookings through Kinrise’s LinkedIn page.
George Aberdeen, Kinrise co-founder, said: “At Kinrise, our mission is to create office spaces that unlock innovation, increase productivity and encourage human connection.
“At 81 Colmore Row, with the quality and mix of spaces we are introducing to Birmingham businesses, we believe we have done just that.”
Wealth managers RBC Brewin Dolphin have already moved into the building, with Kinrise hoping to welcome more businesses over the coming months following their launch in February.
