Fazenda Rodizio Bar & Grill Birmingham is shaking things up for a good cause with its exclusively crafted charity cocktail, Marshmallow Dust, created to support Kids’ Village charity.

The mocktail is designed exclusively for this partnership, blending indulgent flavours in a playful, yet elegant pink colour, making it a must-try for guests. Non-alcoholic versions are also available.

Since the launch of the partnership, 500 alcoholic and 150 non-alcoholic cocktails have been sold, with proceeds directly benefitting the charity.

With one month left of the collaboration, there is still time for guests to enjoy the delicious drink while making a difference.

Kids’ Village is a charity on a mission to build a holiday village providing magical breaks for children with critical illnesses and their families.

Katrina Cooke, CEO of Kids’ Village said: “We are incredibly grateful to Fazenda Rodizio Bar & Grill for choosing to support Kids’ Village in such a fun and creative way.

“Seeing 450 cocktails sold and over £4,600 raised already is amazing, and we can’t wait to see how much more we can raise in the last month.

Pawel Marczak, general manager at Fazenda said: “'We’re honoured to be able to contribute to such an important cause and make a small difference for families in the Birmingham community through our love of food and drink.”

Guests visiting Fazenda Birmingham can also enjoy some of the restaurant’s newest seasonal dishes, including fresh Prawn Cocktail and indulgent Grilled Lobster.
