Renowned courier service specialists Simpex Express made a first-class delivery to charity Kids’ Village – by donating a corporate box at Villa Park.
The donation by the Birmingham company – a finalist in the Excellence in International Business category in the recent Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce annual awards – of the box at the FA Cup tie between Aston Villa and Cardiff City raised £1,050 for the charity’s vital work.
Kids’ Village is set to become the UK’s first holiday village exclusively for children with critical illnesses and their families, offering them a much-needed escape to relax, recharge and create lasting memories – all free of charge.
Simon Beechener, Simpex Express Managing Director, said: “We’re honoured to make this donation to this life-changing initiative and can’t wait to see the positive impact Kids’ Village will have on so many families.”
